STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 2 teaspoons of tea for 8 oz of water. Heat your water to 190°F-200°F and steep for 5 minutes.We recommend to NEVER pour boiling water over your tea leaves or over-steep, doing so will cause the tea to become bitter.
